Sidmouth SC is a family-oriented club located at the Eastern end of the town's Regency seafront, on a part of the Jurassic Coast, a World Heritage Site. The club has active Scorpion, Laser, Mirror and Topper fleets, and has hosted a number of major events, including the Scorpion class National Championships, in 1995 and 2004, and the Laser Masters' Nationals in 2007. 2008 will see the club hosting a Laser qualifier in addition to our usual racing programme (Saturdays, Wednesday evenings, and the Long-Distance Series) and a number of class open meetings.

If you've visited www.sidmouthsailing.org.uk before, you may have noticed our new web design for 2008. This website was first online in 2005, and last year's 2007 design was essentially a re-working of the 2005 one. This is a completely new design, written from scratch, which looks much better on large screens than its predecessor. It is a much cleaner, more up-to-date design, that should also be easier to navigate. The webmaster hopes you like it.
